Title: Linguine with Walnut Sauce

1cWalnuts
1/2cHalf and Half
1/2cParsley sprigs
2tbOlive oil
1 Large garlic clove, chopped
6 Fresh basil leaves OR
3/4tsCrumbled dried basil
1pnCayenne
1/2lbLinguine

Combine walnuts, half and half, parsley, oil, garlic basil and cayenne in food processor. Process until combined well. Salt to taste. Cook linguine until al dente. Drain. Toss with sauce in a heated serving bowl. Makes 8 first course or 4 small main course servings.
